Moe’s Southwest Grill, 1222 Arsenal St., will hold its grand opening Thursday.

Located next to Coldstone Creamery at Stateway Plaza, the 3,400-square-foot restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.

Construction of the restaurant started in early August and was finished last week.

Customers will choose their own ingredients for burritos and tacos at the fast-casual style restaurant, company officials said, and the waiting time should be less than three minutes.

Architectural plans for the restaurant were designed by Aubertine & Currier Architects, Watertown.
