LOWVILLE The case involving Arthur J. McCall, who was charged earlier this month with two counts of forcible touching, was adjourned until Oct. 23 in Lowville Village Court on Tuesday afternoon.
It is alleged Mr. McCall, a South Lewis Central School teacher, forcibly touched two individuals, ages 17 and 26. Though neither victim is a student in the district, Superintendent Douglas E. Premo said, Mr. McCall has been suspended.
