GOUVERNEUR — Katie L. Livingston, 23, of 24 Bishop Road, Heuvelton, was arrested by village police at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and charged with petit larceny.

She allegedly stole a pregnancy test on July 17 from Price Chopper.

She is scheduled to appear in Town Court.
