ALEXANDRIA BAY — Charles F. Ridley, 24, Redwood, faces two charges following a domestic fight Thursday morning in which he is accused of biting a woman on the arm, pulling her hair and breaking her phone, according to state police.

He is charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and harassment on a complaint filed by Tarah Mathous, 22, town of Alexandria.
