BINGHAMTON — Danielle Tyrell notched a hat trick as the Broome Community College women’s soccer team beat Jefferson Community College, 4-1, in a Region 3 matchup on Thursday.

Abbey Godbout supplied the other goal for the Hornets (7-3). Ariel Roys stopped five shots.

Morgan Kiernan tallied the lone marker for the Cannoneers (5-4, 1-1). Nictoria Bates made 14 saves.
