LOUISVILLE — When the town holds its annual fall cleanup this year, it will for the first time include electronic waste.

This year’s cleanup will be from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 15 to 20 at the town barn, 14810 Route 37.

Residents may drop off large items, such as appliances, furniture and scrap metal, and electronic waste such as computers, cellphones and televisions.

Town employees will be available to help residents unload their vehicles.

Pickup for those unable to transport large items is available by calling the town office at 769-0457.

The cleanup event is for town residents only, and those using the service must show proof of residency when dropping items off.

Household liquids, tires, regular household garbage, toxic wastes and construction debris will not be accepted.
