Watertown police early Saturday charged two residents at 168 High St. with throwing too loud of a party.

Charged with second-degree criminal nuisance, answerable in City Court, were Nathaniel Gary III, 21, and Shawna M. LaBouf, 29.

The pair was accused of hosting a party about 2 a.m. that produced unreasonable noise and disturbed the neighbors.
