John H. Jobson, 36, of 21601 Floral Drive, was released without bail in Watertown Town Court on Sunday night after being arrested by state police on charges of second-degree criminal contempt and harassment.

Police said he is accused of grabbing Danielle Rawlins, 45, same address, by the wrist, which violated “refrain from” terms of a Family Court order of protection.
