LOWVILLE — Village police on Sunday arrested 17-year-old Douglas M. Tuttle on one count each of sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.

The alleged incident took place at a home in the village in February. The complaint was filed by the victim’s mother Sept. 21.
