CARTHAGE — During its Sept. 26 monthly meeting the Carthage Industrial Development Corp. decided to reach out to the Syracuse University Law School to help research its options to amend or dissolve.

Recently a ruling by the state comptroller’s office to block pension benefits for local development corporation employees forced a reorganization of several LDCs.
