RICHVILLE — Katelyn V. Benson, 20, Richville, was arrested by state police at 10:43 a.m. Wednesday and charged with criminal contempt.

She is accused of contacting ex-boyfriend Cody Hoffman by phone, violating a restraining order.

She is scheduled to appear in DeKalb Town Court.
