Utica- Helen I. ( Misercola ) Miller, 63, a 20 year employee of Metlife, entered into eternal life unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, October 2, 2012.
She was born in Watertown, the daughter of the late Ralph and Betty Snyder Misercola. She graduated from Clayton High School and received graduate degrees from the Utica School of Commerce and Herkimer County Community College.
Helen was currently employed as an Insurance Specialist with Metlife.
Helen was a very dedicated mother who put her familys needs before her own. She was loved by her family, friends and co-workers and will be greatly missed by all.
She is survived by two daughters, Michelle Del Duca and Virginia Miller and her husband Steven Catrombone all of Clearwater FL, one son, Robert Miller and friend Nicole Hahn, Whitesboro, a sister and brother-in-law, Sheila and Blane Harding of Watertown, a brother and sister-in-law, Ralph and Linda Misercola of Texas, three beloved grandchildren, Tod, Leonard and Anthony III ; and two nieces and a nephew.
Helens funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 9:00 am at St. Mary of Mount Carmel/ Blessed sacrament Church by Father Abe Esper. Family and friends are invited to attend.
Calling hours for family and friends will be held on Sunday from 2-5 pm at the Bentz & Amodio Funeral Service Inc., 470 French, Utica/New Hartford. Committal services will be held Monday at 12 :30 pm at the Glenwood Mausoleum in Watertown, officiated by Father Donald R. Robinson.
