The city of Watertowns Parks and Recreation Department has announced times for several skating programs at the Watertown Municipal Arena at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds.
The Slip, Slide and Skate Program will start Thursday. Those learn-to-skate classes are for any age or skill level and are taught from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. Thursdays and some Fridays. The 10 lessons cost $25. Skate rentals are $2 per lesson. All ages are welcome. The lessons end Dec. 20.
Adult skate sessions have started and will continue from 8 to 9:30 p.m. Sundays. The sessions are for adults 21 and older. Admission is $2 with skate rentals at $2.
