City police charged Cameron S. Paris, 22, of 600 Lillian St., Apt. 5, with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny for allegedly taking a diamond pendant necklace from a residence.
Police said he took the necklace, valued at $1,049, from 819 Holcomb St. sometime from Sept. 1 to 6. Charged at 11 a.m. Sunday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, he was held pending arraignment in City Court.
On Saturday, Mr. Paris was charged with petit larceny and second-degree burglary for allegedly taking an iPad from a room at the Holiday Inn Express, 1290 Arsenal St.
