LOWVILLE A fifth board member has been named to the local development corporation created to assist Lewis County General Hospital.
Jill E. Boliver, vice president of administration at Climax LLC, will serve on the Lewis County Health Facilities Corp., county Board of Legislators Chairman Jack T. Bush, R-Brantingham, announced.
She will join four members already established at the corporations organizational meeting in late August. Other board members are Anthony G. Andre, a retired Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. regional manager, former local mill managers Timothy J. Reagan and Samuel F. Villanti and retired teacher Bruce F. Buckingham.
The corporation was formed to undertake, if deemed necessary, long-term borrowing to help the cash-strapped hospital while protecting county reserve funds.
The next meeting is slated for 4 p.m. Oct. 25 in the second-floor legislative chambers at the County Office Building.
