ELLISBURG — A Rodman man was arrested early Monday morning after state police say he pounded on doors and windows at an Ellisburg woman’s residence, breaking a screen and smashing a window.

Dustin D. Youmans, 19, of 2166 Pork Hill Road, is charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief, and unlawful possession of marijuana. Town of Watertown Justice David A. Renzi set bail at $1,000, sending him to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown.

Troopers were called at about 2:30 a.m. to the home of Debra Tierney, County Route 91, and apprehended Mr. Youmans on her property within a half-hour.
