Michael J. Hubbard, 46, of 232 W. Main St., Apt. 38, was arrested late Sunday afternoon by Watertown police on a charge of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.

He awaits prosecution in City Court in connection with an alleged incident early Sunday afternoon at 722 W. Main St. Police said he is accused of grabbing his son, Michael J. Hubbard Jr. 26, by the neck and squeezing.

The two men have the same address.
