LYNDONVILLE, Vt. — Abdulai Jagana scored in the fourth minute of the game, and that goal stood up as SUNY Canton beat host Lyndon State 1-0 in a college men’s soccer game on Sunday.

Shane Powell assisted on the goal for the Kangaroos (4-6-1). Goalie William Banahene made five saves to record the shutout.

■ Goals by Savannah Tucker and Paige Stone led host Wells (1-6) over SUNY Canton 2-1 in a college women’s soccer game at Aurora.

Franchesca Trombley scored for SUNY Canton (6-7) in the 74th minute.
