LOWVILLE The village Zoning Board of Appeals will decide Monday whether to issue a variance for the continued use of office space at the former St. Peters Catholic School.
The decision was expected to be made at the Sept. 27 special meeting, but information from St. Peters Roman Catholic Church, which owns the former school building, was not delivered in advance of the meeting as requested Sept. 17.
Church attorney Michael F. Young did present the requested information at the special meeting, and asked for an adjournment until Nov. 14. The ZBA instead adjourned until Monday.
The village Board of Trustees, meanwhile, has set a public hearing for Nov. 7 to consider rezoning the property from residential use only to residential with office space.
