HERMON — Joseph A. Lynch, 48, of 211 McIlwee Road, Heuvelton, was arrested by state police at 7:56 p.m. Monday and charged with trespassing.

Mr. Lynch allegedly trespassed on property owned by his ex-girlfriend, whom police did not name, at 195 Trout Lake Road.

He is scheduled to appear in Hermon Town Court.
