LOWVILLE — A town of New Bremen man was charged Monday with stealing prescription medication from a residence at 5369 Dayan St.

Village police charged Joseph M. Nolan, 23, of 8366 Artz Road, with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Village Court and released to the custody of the New Hartford Police Department in Oneida County on an arrest warrant.

Police did not specify the type of medication nor the charges pending against him in New Hartford.
