NORFOLK — Brandon B. Berry, 19, of 249 Marsh Road, was arrested by state police at 11:06 p.m. Monday and charged with assault.

He is accused of attacking his mother’s ex-boyfriend, James A. Delosh, and damaging three of his lower teeth.

Mr. Berry is scheduled to appear in Norfolk Town Court.
