The Fifth Annual Hammond Harvest Festival was held on Friday and Saturday. The festival raised over $3,000, which is $500 more than last year for local charitable organizations. Collette Palmer, St. Regis Falls, won first and second place in the photo contest; Jim Black of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania won third place; in the 50 and above category, Steve Goobic won first prize; while Jim Black won in the 30 to 50 category.
