LISBON — Beth Crowley, Gabby Walker and Shelby Dishaw each scored two goals as the Lisbon girls soccer team routed Clifton-Fine 7-0 in a Northern Athletic Conference West Division game Wednesday.

Maddie Vine scored the other goal for Lisbon (7-2-2 overall, 6-2 division). Jackie Sovie made two saves to shut out the Eagles (1-7).

CHATEAUGAY 3, NORWOOD-NORFOLK 1

Two goals from Courtney Boyea helped the Bulldogs (9-0) knock off the Flyers in a nonleague game in Chateaugay. Alexis Beach also scored for the Bulldogs, while Emily LaRoe scored for Norwood-Norfolk (3-5-1).

HERMON-DEKALB 4, ST. REGIS FALLS 2

Abby Mott scored twice as the Demons (5-3) defeated the Saints in a nonleague game in DeKalb Junction.

Paige Whitton and Brook Woodrow also scored for Hermon-DeKalb. Madison Greenwood and Ashley Rivers produced goals for the Saints (0-9).

BRUSHTOn-MOIRA 2, MALONE 1

Kenzie Traynor scored one goal and assisted on a goal from Rachel Tower as Brushton-Moira (5-4) defeated Malone in a nonleague game in Malone. Lydia Cosgrove scored for the Huskies (2-5-1).

SANDY CREEK 3, LOWVILLE 2

Hannah Horth scored twice and Chelsea Claflin provided three assists as the Sandy Creek gained an overtime victory over Lowville in a Frontier League “C” Division game in Sandy Creek.

Horth and Claflin connected to tie the game in the 55th minute for the Comets (9-2-3, 7-2-3), and then again in the 98th minute to take a 3-1 advantage. Olivia Ivison scored three minutes into overtime to give Sandy Creek its first lead of the game. McKenna Guarasce made 16 saves for the Comets, who trail Thousand Islands by one game for the division lead with two games left for each team.

Isabelle Hanno led Lowville (6-5-1, 6-4-1) with a goal and an assist.

THOUSAND ISLANDS 2, BEAVER RIVER 0

Allie Barton headed home a goal from a Kerstin Phelps corner kick to give the Vikings a “C” Divsion win over the Beavers in Beaver Falls.

Ashley Howard also scored for Thousand Islands (9-1-3, 8-1-3).

Gen Fidler made 15 saves for Beaver River (4-6-2, 3-6-2).

CARTHAGE 1, APW 0 (OT)

Kayla Gonzalez scored from a Cassie Birth pass in the 93rd minute to give the Comets a crossover win against the Rebels in Carthage.

Haley Ryan stopped six shots for the shutout for Carthage (7-4-2, 6-3-2).

Erin Stever made 12 saves for Altmar-Parish-Williamstown (1-11, 1-9).

SOUTH JEFFERSON 11, GENERAL BROWN 0

The Spartans scored six goals in a nine-minute span to start the second half en route to a “B” Division victory over the Lions (0-13, 0-12) in Adams.

Courtney Cavellier, Morgan Alexander, Molly Denny and Hayley Maguire each scored two goals for South Jefferson (10-3, 8-3).

Cavellier also also provided three assists and Lara Podvin added two assists.

COPENHAGEN 8, BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 0

Logan Wheeler notched her first hat trick of the season as the Golden Knights used seven second-half goals to rout the Panthers in a “D” Division game in Copenhagen.

Maci Spauldings added two goals and Claire Stackel handed out four assists for Copenhagen (10-3-1, 10-2-1).

Belleville Henderson fell to 0-12-0.

SACKETS HARBOR 2, ALEXANDRIA 1

Diana Dotson scored off of a header from a Nicole Menapace corner kick as the Patriots outlasted the Purple Ghosts in a “D” Division game in Sackets Harbor.

Samantha Menapace netted the opening goal for Sackets Harbor (9-4).

Emma Kearns scored for Alexandria (4-8).

BOYS SOCCER

BRUSHTON-MOIRA 2, MALONE 0

Loren Traynor assisted on the first goal and scored the second as the Panthers blanked the Huskies (7-2-1) in a nonleague game in Brushton.

Tristen Dumas also scored for Brushton-Moira (6-3-1), and Taylor Tallman made 12 saves for the shutout.

VOLLEYBALL

SALMON RIVER 3, POTSDAM 1

Nicole Smoke scored 21 points and added nine assists to lead the Shamrocks to a 23-25, 25-9, 25-20, 25-19 win in Fort Covington.

Raven Oakes scored 14 points and Cassie Boardway added 10 for Salmon River (9-2).

MALONE 3, OFA 0

Aimee Fleury scored 12 points to lead the Huskies (9-2) to a 25-16, 25-18, 25-17 sweep of the Blue Devils in Malone. Rachel Lamica added 10 points and eight kills for Malone while Janelle Heden scored 10 points, including seven aces. Trina Couperus led OFA (6-5) with seven points.

EDWARDS-KNOX 3, BRUSHTON-MOIRA 1

Marissa Johnson scored 14 points as the Cougars earned a 25-12, 21-25, 25-15, 25-22 victory over the Panthers (0-10) in Russell. Nicole Hendricks scored 11 points and Megan Farr added nine for the Cougars (4-7).
