Robert A. Love, 29, of 16956 County Route 53, Dexter, is facing his second charge of identity theft following an arrest Thursday by state police.
He is accused of using bank information of Christina Kampnich to make a purchase at Walmart Supercenter, outer Arsenal Street, according to police. A complaint about the incident was filed with troopers Aug. 1.
Watertown police in late July charged him with identity theft and third-degree grand larceny for allegedly using the identity of a dead person, Randy Love.
