Samuel Williams Jr., 33, of 9722 Washington Loop, Apt. C, Fort Drum, was charged by city police about 1:30 a.m. Saturday at Edge of the River Pub, 519 W. Main St., with disorderly conduct.

Police said he was obstructing traffic in the 500 block of West Main Street while yelling at police officers who told him to leave the area. He was released to military police and given an appearance ticket for City Court.
