David B. Vangeyten, 50, of 15898 Route 12E, Dexter, was charged Friday afternoon by Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies with second-degree reckless endangerment. Deputies said he shot a pellet at Christopher J. Tanner at Oct. 4 at 15890 Route 12E in the town of Brownville. He wasgiven an appearance ticket for Oct. 25 at Brownville Town Court.
