Austin L. Scudera, 19, of 202 S. Meadow St., was charged by city police about 2 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of North Orchard Street with disorderly conduct.

Police said he attempted to hit an unidentified woman during an incident at Arsenal and South Orchard streets. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $100 bail pending arraignment.
