An apartment building at 661 Factory St. and an adjoining parcel have been sold to a Brantingham, Lewis County, corporation for $650,000.

The company, 661 Factory Street LLC, purchased the 43-unit, 8,063-square-foot apartment building from Brian G. Barre, Watertown, according to the Jefferson County clerk’s office. It has an assessment of $190,700.
