Cody L. Parker, 18, of 22418 Eacho Drive, was charged Saturday afternoon with petit larceny by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies.

He is accused of stealing $209.39 worth of merchandise from Walmart, Route 3, in the town of Watertown. He was given an appearance ticket for Watertown Town Court.
