Shawn V. Cyriaks, 22, of 33 Mill St., Newton, N.J., was charged on Sunday by city police with disorderly conduct and fugitive from justice. Police said he fought on a sidewalk in the 200 block of Factory Street. He was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on a warrant out of New Jersey for a violation of probation and awaits extradition.
