State Supreme Court proceedings scheduled for Tuesday in the attorney generals action against Tebbs Headshops were adjourned until Nov. 1.
The attorney general filed action in August claiming Tebbs, which among its eight shops statewide operates one at 144 Eastern Blvd., was selling mislabeled products that actually are synthetic drugs.
Proceedings previously had been adjourned twice because the businesss owner, John E. Tebbetts, Rome, arrived at court without an attorney. He has since retained Syracuse attorney George F. Hildebrandt. Tuesdays proceedings were adjourned by agreement of Mr. Hildebrandt and the attorney generals office.
