Rep. William L. Owens, D-Plattsburgh, will make three Jefferson County stops today.

At 9 a.m., he will tour the Workplace, 1000 Coffeen St. At 10 a.m., he will tour a new Madison Barracks housing development in Sackets Harbor, at 206 Ambrose St. At 11:30 a.m., he will tour Guilfoyle Ambulance’s new location on Faichney Drive.

At 5 p.m. he will make a campaign stop in Alexandria Bay to attend a teachers union rally.
