Supporters of Matt Doheny are suing a homeowners association, saying that it is infringing on their free-speech rights to post Doheny for Congress signs, the Glens Falls Post-Star reports.
“I’m pretty convinced we’re going to win this, but why the association board is digging in their heels on this, I don’t know,” Peter Jasinski, one of the homeowners, is quoted as saying in Jamie Munks' story.
Mr. Doheny faces Rep. Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, on Nov. 6.
