GRAND LARCENY - LISBON - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies have charged Betsy R. Skidds, 23, of 318 Belmont Courts, Ogdensburg, and Rebecca J. Black, 36, of 825 York Ave., Ogdensburg, with third-degree grand larceny and misdemeanor count of fifth- degree conspiracy.

The two women allegedly stole a moneybag from Morgan’s Auto in Lisbon on Oct. 24.

Black and Skidds were arraignedby Lisbon Town JusticePatricia Fletcher and sent tothe St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility. Black was held on $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond. Skidds was held on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

Anyone who wrote checks on Oct. 23, 2012 to Morgan’s Auto is asked to contact Morgan’s Auto or the St. Lawrence County Sheriffs Office at 379-2222.
