Eight arrested on drug charges in Franklin County

Eight people were arrested by the Franklin County Northern Border Narcotics Task Force and charged with various drug charges Friday. These arrests stemmed from investigations initiated by the Saranac Lake Police Department.

Arrested were:

n Keeton C. Seaquist, 27, Plattsburgh, criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Court.

n Ryan S. Morgan, 38, Saranac Lake, criminal sale of cocaine and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Mr. Morgan was sent to Franklin County Jail, Malone, in lieu of $15,000 bail.

n Heth H. Graham, 51, Saranac Lake, criminal sale of cocaine and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was sent to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.

n Francis J. Odell, 41, Saranac Lake, criminal sale of OxyContin and methadone, criminal possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy. He was sent to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

n Pierre A. Suzanne, 35, Saranac Lake, criminal sale of a hydromorphine, criminal possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy. He was sent to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.

n George H. Lafountain III, 34, Tupper Lake, criminal sale of alprazolam, criminal possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy. He was sent to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

n Jessica A. Cahill, 22, Lake Placid, criminal possession of a controlled substance. She is scheduled to appear in Saranac Lake Village Court.

n Melinda L. Duprey, 18, Saranac Lake, unlawful possession of marijuana. She is scheduled to appear in Saranac Lake Village Court.
