CLAYTON Brandon M. Hull, 20, of 17342 County Route 3, was arrested by state police Thursday night on allegations that he struck a woman on her side with a metal pipe.
He was released without bail following arraignment in Clayton Town Court, and awaits prosecution on charges of second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and harassment.
Police said Tammy Caplicki, 21, Lowville, was not injured in the incident at his home.
Mr. Hull also has a fourth-degree criminal mischief charge pending in Watertown City Court from an arrest Oct. 3, when he was accused of damaging an apartment door. He was sentenced in July to three years probation for criminal mischief in the Lewis County town of Leyden.
