Alicia M. Taylor, 24, of 124-D Joseph Lonsway Drive, Clayton, was jailed Thursday night after being accused in a $24.92 value shoplifting incident at Walmart Supercenter, outer Arsenal Street.

Charged by state police with petit larceny, she was placed in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with bail set at $500 by town of Watertown Justice Andrew N. Capone.

According to the court, Ms. Taylor also was served with a bench warrant because she had failed to return to court for prosecution in another shoplifting case cited on April 12. On that occasion, she was accused of stealing items priced at a total of $106.05 at Kohl’s, outer Arsenal Street.
