WATSON — Jason M. Rimiller, 29, of Number Four Road, Lowville, was charged by state police on Saturday with illegal possession of marijuana and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. State police said he illegally possessed a taser. He was given an appearance ticket for Watson Town Court.
