ALEXANDRIA — Cassidy N. Underwood, 21, of 28844 Cottage Hill Road, Redwood, was charged by state police on Oct. 16 with endangering the welfare of a child. State police said she engaged in sex with two people in front of a 16-year-old male last January.

She was given an appearance ticket for Alexandria Village Court.
