Robert D. Ieppert, 25, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. R3, was charged Saturday night by city police with fourth-degree grand larceny, petit larceny and third-degree identity theft.

Police said he stole a debit card belonging to Nicole M. Constance, same address, and used it Oct. 22 to make $191.07 in unauthorized purchases. He was given an appearance ticket for City Court.
