A Watertown man faces possible grand jury action because he is accused of making 22 phone calls and text messages to his estranged wife.

Ricky C. Best, 53, of 244 Palmer St., Apt. 903, was arrested Saturday afternoon by Watertown police on charges of felony criminal contempt and aggravated harassment. The alleged actions violated stay-away terms of a Family Court order of protection, police said.

A complaint was filed Thursday by Linda J. Best, 51, Watertown, police said.
