A Henderson man forcibly served Family Court documents upon his former son-in-law, according to Watertown police, so now he has his own court summons - to Watertown City Court.
Ubiracy R. Dasilva, 64, of 13075 County Route 72, Henderson, was charged Saturday evening with harassment in connection with a disturbance the afternoon of Oct. 2 at Knickerbocker School.
Police said he confronted Scott M. Shean, 37, of 933 LeRay St., Apt. 216, outside the school and served documents by pushing them against Mr. Sheans chest. Mr. Shean began to walk away without the papers, so Mr. Dasilva grabbed him by his jacket collar, pulled him backwards, and shoved the documents down the back of Mr. Sheans clothing, according to police.
The court documents involved a child custody issue, police said.
