Dawn L. Shepard, 41, of South Meadow Street in Watertown died Friday, October 26th at Samaritan Medical Center.

Dawn was born June 9, 1971 in Carthage, NY, the daughter of Roy and Karen St. Louis Davidson. She graduated from Alexandria Central School and CCBI Business School in Syracuse.

Dawn married Keith F. Shepard on August 31, 1991 at the Alexandria Bay Baptist Church.

She was a homemaker and was active in the Alexandria Bay Baptist Church. She was a former statistician for Alexandria Central sports programs and was recently active in Watertown youth sports.

Dawn is survived by her parents, Roy and Karen, Redwood; her husband, Keith; a son, Anthony J., and twin daughters, Megan K. and Makayla M., all living at home; four sisters, Laurie (Ryan) Donahue, Watertown; Kelly (Kenrick) Smith, Maryland; Bonnie (Kenny) Belfield, Chippewa Bay; and Julie (Tom) Tinney, Clayton; two brothers, Tim (Kelli) Davidson, England; and Michael (Lori) Davidson, Theresa; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 1st at 11:00 am at the Alexandria Bay Baptist Church with Rev. Francis Wood officiating. Burial will follow at Barnes Settlement Cemetery. A reception will be held following cemetery services at the Redwood Fire Hall.

Memorial contributions may be made in Dawn’s name to the charity of one’s choice.
