LOUISVILLE — Richard G. “Dick” Girard, 67, of the Willard Road, Louisville, died Friday afternoon at Fletcher Allen Medical Center in Burlington, Vt.

Among his survivors is his wife, Linda, and three sons. Mr. Girard was retired from Alcoa. Arrangements are with the Phillips Memorial Home, Massena.
