Several motorists charged with drunken driving

The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n Mykle Jordan-Rae Shaulis Sr., 27, of 9733 Washington Loop, Apt. B, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police with aggravated DWI and failure to keep right at 1:12 a.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of Washington Street. Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.

n Scott M. Fournier, 39, of 250 Main St., Massena, was charged by Massena village police with aggravated DWI at 12:34 a.m. Saturday after he allegedly hit a parked car on Walnut Street and left the scene. His BAC was listed as 0.19 percent. He also was charged with leaving the scene of a property-damage accident and failure to keep right.

n Leanne M. Armstrong, 26, of 25215 Reasoner Road Extension, Apt. 1, Watertown, also was charged by Watertown police with having inadequate headlights at 3:24 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of State Street. Her BAC was 0.17 percent, police said.

n Christopher M. Burns, 27, of 259 Bagdad Road, Potsdam, also was charged by state police with speeding Saturday on Route 345 in Waddington. His BAC was 0.15 percent, police said. He is accused of driving 82 mph in a 55-mph zone.

n Alexander J. Kane, 21, of 13602 Fourth Armored Division Drive, Apt. 306-B, Fort Drum, also was charged by Watertown police with failure to keep right and failure to signal a turn at 1:43 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Winthrop Street. His BAC was 0.14 percent, police said.

n Jason K. Simmons, 33, Baldwinsville, was charged by state police at 2:50 a.m. Saturday on County Route 6 in the town of Oswegatchie. His BAC was 0.15 percent, police said.

n Stephen C. Regner, 25, San Diego, Calif., was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 3:27 a.m. Sunday on Route 3 in the town of Pamelia. His BAC was 0.11 percent, police said.
