Elise L. Frank, 25, of 34631 Shimel Road, LaFargeville, was listed as stable Monday morning at Samaritan Medical Center with undisclosed injuries that she suffered in a two-vehicle head-on collision at 7 p.m. Sunday at routes 342 and 283 in the town of LeRay.

State police said she was westbound on Route 342 when she allegedly failed to stop for a red traffic light. She collided with a vehicle driven by Jacob D. King, 20, Fort Drum, who, favored by a green arrow signal, began to make a left turn for the eastbound lane toward Route 283, police said.

Mr. King was treated at the hospital for undisclosed injuries.

There was no indication Monday whether Ms. Frank was issued a traffic summons.
