Ralph F. Hamlin Jr., 29, of 352 Winslow St., was arrested by Watertown police early Thursday on a warrant issued in 2007, charging him with harassment.

At the time of his arrest, police alleged he possessed marijuana, so he also was cited with unlawful possession of the substance.

The harassment count stems from an incident early May 27, 2007, when he allegedly punched Keva L. Sutton, then 17, Dexter, in the face while they were at 498 Factory St., according to a police document.
