HENDERSON HARBOR Lindsay Cook and Zachary Knowlton, both of Ballston Spa, were married at 4 p.m. June 30 on Association Island, Henderson Harbor, with the Rev. Melodie Long officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Jody and Zoe Cook, Sackets Harbor, and the granddaughter of Frances Preusser, Martindale, and Natalie Cook, Leesburg, Fla. She was given in marriage by her parents.
The groom is the son of James Knowlton and Pam Knowlton, both of Sackets Harbor, and the grandson of Betty Knowlton, Watertown.
Meredith Bossinger, Watertown, was her sisters matron of honor. Bridesmaid was Ashley Schaad, Constantia.
Jason Riordan, Copenhagen, was best man. Groomsmen were Adam Bossinger, Watertown, Ethan Knowlton, Sackets Harbor, brother of the groom, and Brandon Kutil, Northport.
A reception was held on Association Island. A wedding trip is planned for a later date.
Mrs. Knowlton graduated in 2009 from Cornell University, Ithaca, with a degree in applied economics and management. She is employed by Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corp., Niskayuna.
