LOWVILLE — A video program intended to help residents handle grief during the holidays will be shown at three Lewis County senior citizen meal sites over the next couple of weeks.

“Handling the Holidays” will be shown at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at Maple Ridge Center on East Road in Lowville, at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 19 at McManus Hotel on Center Street in Lyons Falls and at 10:45 a.m. Nov. 20 at the United Church of Copenhagen on Main Street.

“This video is filled with warm emotion, clear, concise information about grief and coping tips to help get you through the holidays,” an informational sheet stated.

The showings are sponsored by the Lewis County Hospice and Office for the Aging.
